As a Producer and Event Coordinator, I have extensive experience managing conventions with Team San Jose as well as producing them independently. In my role with Team San Jose, I served as an Events Floor Coordinator, acting as the key liaison between event managers, clients, and staff to ensure seamless operations. My responsibilities included overseeing logistics, managing exhibitor and attendee flow, and implementing crowd control strategies to maintain safety and efficiency throughout large-scale convention spaces. Independently, I have produced conventions from concept to completion—handling budgets, contracts, vendor coordination, creative planning, and on-site management—delivering impactful experiences that meet both client goals and attendee expectations. This combination of organizational expertise and hands-on production allows me to execute conventions of all sizes with precision, professionalism, and creativity.
