In March 2024 and 2025, I coordinated key elements of NVIDIA’s annual GPU Technology Conference (GTC) at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. This flagship event showcases advancements in artificial intelligence and accelerated computing through a keynote by CEO Jensen Huang, along with technical sessions, hands-on workshops, and exhibitions from hundreds of companies. My role included managing the full setup of the keynote sessions across the convention center, overseeing evening receptions with catering and bar services, and coordinating security for Jensen Huang and his executive team. The conference brought together developers, innovators, and industry leaders to explore real-world AI applications, data center strategies, and the future of accelerated computing.
