On February 12, 2025, I had the opportunity to serve as the event coordinator and liaison for the California Conference for Women in San Jose, a gathering that featured inspiring speakers such as Simone Biles, Brittney Griner, Jane Fonda, Padma Lakshmi, and more. This one-day event, hosted by Conferences for Women (CFW), brought together thousands of attendees to learn, connect, and grow. As a national nonprofit and industry leader, CFW has spent more than 25 years creating spaces that accelerate leadership, career growth, and wellbeing across industries. Today, their conferences—held annually in cities like Austin, Boston, Philadelphia, and San Jose—attract more than 55,000 participants, and I was proud to contribute to such an impactful mission.
