WEKFEST 2024 & 2025

In 2024 and 2025, the viral car show Wekfest returned to San Jose, showcasing high-quality custom vehicles—from Japanese imports to muscle cars and track builds. Known in the Bay Area car community as a “super show,” Wekfest delivers an elevated experience for automotive enthusiasts with detailed vehicle displays, numerous vendors, and a vibrant atmosphere. For this event, I was responsible for enrolling and rolling out more than 350 cars into the halls of the McEnery Convention Center, coordinating with food vendors on sales operations, and working with the facilities team to manage venue upkeep, including restrooms and waste. A major part of my role also involved public safety, where I collaborated with local police officers to manage car drivers and crowd control outside the venue, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for attendees and the broader community.
