In October 2024, I served as an event coordinator for Zoomtopia, Zoom’s flagship conference held at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. The event brought together customers, partners, and the broader community to showcase Zoom’s latest platform updates, including the introduction of Zoom AI Companion and new integrations shaping the future of collaboration. As both a coordinator and an avid Zoom user, I had the unique opportunity to witness emerging technology firsthand, learn more about the evolving future of work, and help create a space where customers and partners could share ideas, connect, and explore new possibilities within the platform.
